Hostel fee collection and billing software: monthly rent invoices raised on their own, eSewa and Khalti payment proof checked against the bill, and dues followed up.
Set one rent for each room type and invoices are raised every Bikram Sambat month, each with a receipt and a running balance on the resident's phone.
When a resident sends an eSewa or Khalti screenshot, it is read and checked against the invoice before anyone marks it paid, and the wallet statement is matched against what the portal recorded.
