What
What automatic dues chasing is
The follow-up on an overdue invoice, sent for you instead of remembered by you.
How
How it works
You set the ladder: a reminder to the resident, a firmer one later, then the guardian. Each step is sent only while the invoice is still unpaid, and the whole sequence stops the moment it is settled.
Why
Why it is built this way
Chasing dues is the job every owner puts off, because it is the one that costs a relationship. Every week it is put off is a week the money is harder to collect — and a schedule does the asking without anyone having to be the villain.
