How it works
Panels update themselves as things change, and a push arrives when the app is closed. Delivery is scoped, so a resident, a warden and a guardian are each told only what is theirs.
Why
Why it is built this way
Software that has to be refreshed to be right gets checked once a week, and an SOS or an unpaid invoice is not a once-a-week thing.
